Digital Delivery & Shipping Policy

WASite AI provides website creation, activation, hosting and related managed digital services. We do not sell or ship physical goods under the WASite AI annual website plan.

You first receive a website preview online. After successful payment verification, the website is activated digitally and the activation confirmation is sent through the service workflow, including WhatsApp where available.

For a website that has already been generated and previewed, annual activation is normally initiated after successful payment verification. Temporary delays may occur because of payment-provider, hosting, messaging, security or other technical dependencies.

Because the service is delivered digitally, no physical shipping method, courier tracking number or shipping fee applies to the standard WASite AI annual plan.

If a payment is captured but the website does not activate, contact WASite AI support with your website URL and payment reference. We will investigate the activation or handle the case under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
