WASite AI by FlowMithra is operated by Digital Vimal Private Limited. It provides AI-assisted, managed website creation, digital activation and hosting for supported business categories and templates.

Customers can review a generated website before payment. The price presented at checkout may include a genuine first-year launch offer or an eligible promotional adjustment. The applicable amount is confirmed before payment. Renewal is separately priced and required to continue service beyond the active period; there is no automatic renewal.

The standard plan includes a hosted mobile-first website, SSL/HTTPS, WhatsApp/Call/Maps actions where supplied, basic SEO structure, AI-assisted website content, one year of hosting, custom-domain connection where technically supported, and basic routine content updates requested through the website preview or our official support channels. Domain registration or renewal charges are separate unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Basic routine content corrections may be requested directly from the website preview or through our official support channels and are handled by our team. Major redesigns, additional pages, custom functionality, substantial content work, domain registration or renewal, third-party paid services or work outside the listed plan may be separately chargeable.

You are responsible for reviewing names, qualifications, registration details, medical claims, contact information, timings, services and all other website content before activation and for promptly reporting errors. You must have the right to provide any text, images, logos or other material submitted to the service.

Artificial intelligence can make mistakes. Activation does not mean WASite AI or Digital Vimal Private Limited independently verified professional, medical, regulatory or factual claims supplied by you or generated from your inputs.

The WASite AI annual plan is a digital service. No physical goods are shipped. Digital activation is initiated after successful payment verification, subject to technical and third-party dependencies.

Hosting, WhatsApp, payments, maps, AI and other third-party services may occasionally be unavailable. We may perform maintenance or make reasonable service changes required for security, reliability or compliance.

You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harmful content. We may suspend or remove content that creates legal, security, regulatory or abuse risk.
